Business Description Alacris was formed by a group of IT professionals with extensive experience in the IT Security sector. They gained significant understanding in the implementation of PKI technology and witnessed some of the challenges associated with successful certificate deployment. Out of this extensive experience grew the realization that a crucial ingredient to a successful PKI is the assurance between the digital certificate and the intended recipient. It was clear that more software capability was required to ensure that organizations, that were making significant investments in PKI technology.
